I was with my family, and we were greeted upon entrance. There were several very friendly employees willing to help. I told them the problem I had with my old bracelet and how it broke, and they educated me on the warranty as well as more updated bracelets that would better serve me.

Les was great overall, through and through. He was excited to learn when we were a Star Wars fans and that’s what we came to purchase as he was very personable. He showed us his Star Wars collection and it encouraged my wife to get the selection she chose. I of course was paying attention and will be back within the next month as this was her birthday gift. Les encouraged me to shop in the store now versus shopping online as he explained each piece in detail. Great job Les!
