I had two completely different experiences in two different stores in Jacksonville, Florida. While the store at the town center was low in stock, customer service was terrible including bad treatment and lack of attention, as well as mistakes made on exchanged items, the other store located at the Avenues Mall was able to fix all the issues for me including answering questions and fixing the exchange problem I had at the previous store. I came to make an exchange and was taken care of by a highly professional representative whose only concern was to make sure I left satisfied. He was extremely helpful and gave me all my options with absolutely no pressure. Not only did I exchange for an item that met my needs much better, I purchased an additional item.
