Great customer service

The sales associates were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the different options. They helped me pick out charms and clips. Even when they stocked out, they found something similar to get me.

The associate was just a wonderful person and his personality was perfect. I walked in and first met Michael, and he just made the shopping experience worth while. W I then met Les and and he really took his time and was amazing as well. When I shop, I never remember the associates name but when you meet someone that is so helpful you want to get to know that person.

Geoffrey employee #210070 was very pleasant and helpful when I walked in at the last minute before closing to make a purchase. Everyone in the store was friendly including the manager. He also informed me about other items I may need to care for my Pandora pieces such as the jewelry box. I was able to move around the store and see the jewelry. The location at the St John’s Town Center was not as great of an experience as the location Geoffrey is at (they make you look online or at the book). Thank you!

Because of staff in the store, particularly Geoffrey and Emma. Geoffrey was very knowledgeable & helpful & super nice. Emma chatted with us in the end. Both had great senses of humor.

I own and wear all the time 4 Pandora bracelets. I have bought them for my step mother, my daughter in law and most recently my 5 year granddaughter. I love Pandora. The manager and staff at the avenues location are the best. You feel welcome and are remembered. They take time with and customer service and knowledge are exceptional. The manager, Michael, waited on my 5 year Grandaughter and he got down on her level and talked directly to her. He made sure that she was happy and helped her find the charm she would like to have. Should have more people like Michael and his staff!
