The greeter at the door was so pleasant. There was a wait to protect everyone from COVID and he kept us entertained and answered questions regarding items we were thinking of purchasing. The associate we were assigned was very informative about the products and had great patience with us throughout the sale.

The greeter assisted me with my jewelry cleaner purchase without having to sign in and wait. Great personality

The entire experience was awesome. The store manager and the other workers really went above and beyond my expectations. I have been in that store before on several other occasions and didn't receive that level of service. This I have purchased several pandora items from other retail dealers but since I received the quality of service that I did on this day I will not be going to any other stores. This will be the only store I shop at to make a pandora purchase.
