Pandora Jewelry

I was greeted immediately when I walked into the store. I had received a bracelet in the mail as a Birthday gift but it was the wrong size. I was beyond excited I was able to exchange for the correct size in store. Michael and his staff were all nice. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I had the fit I desired & I’ll be back to this store!

The manager Michael M. was let me in 5 minutes before open instead of letting me stand outside. I knew what I wanted and he welcomed me and allowed me to look at items. He asked good questions and knew his product. I wanted the sparkle & hearts ring in 52 cms. He didn’t have it gave me three similar options and I loved the sparkling row eternity in rose gold. It was a better choice than my original one. He offered card, cleaning solution and more. He was respectful of the No and still kept a smile and offered those items as a future way to protect investment. He’s right it’s jewelry and he didn’t let me just walk out without wanting my girlfriend to know about that and the warranty for normal wear. He was dynamic.

Much better than my last time going into pandora. I lost my bracelet and I’ve been looking around for one I love. I decided to give pandora another try today and I loved the experience.

The customer service is always amazing. They go above and beyond. No matter how busy they give you five star treatment. I highly recommend the Pandora @ the Avenues Mall

The sales associates were great!! I received the best customer service Michael is the absolute best. If i could’ve i would’ve purchased the whole store based off his customer service alone.

I learned so much during this visit, and i have been going to pandora for over a year! Michael truly made my experience worthwhile! I have a few items that needs to be sent out for repairs or replacement and he informed me of the process, also that i can save money by just taking these surveys(which i never knew)

The staff assisted me with a chain. Provided selections for the holidays. All the help Was wonderful.
