Michael Mundy was an Amazing help! Best shopping experience I’ve ever had! Linda was also very kind and made me feel welcome. The entire store had great energy, personality & attitude. I will be back! I hope all of your stores are as great as this one! I was looking for a last minute present for my mothers birthday and Michael completely turned the store in side out for me in efforts to find a gift. The end result, I love the gift, the experience and the service! The service was so good that I almost completely disregarded my budget but Michael helped me stick to it. Everyone was really helpful. Ema helped me figure out the sizing for my girlfriends bracelet. Everyone is nice and caring and lead you the right way.

It was a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted and called by my name because the associate knew who I was. Mr. Michael was able to locate the items for me and my daughter and advised me that one of the items wasn't available, however, another sale would begin later this week. He is truly a blessing to everyone that enter the store and especially to me and my daughter. The kindness of his spirit and handling of our transaction and the words given for encouragement are priceless. What an asset to have as an employee with excellent customer service.

The town center store closed early so I had to call to the avenues mall to make sure they were open. Jeff answered and told me you was open and waiting to take care of me.

The staff kindly greeted me upon arrival. As I requested, they allowed me to browse comfortably without distraction until I was ready to be assisted. Michael and Geoffrey were very knowledgeable of the Pandora brand, both past and present collections. They also offered a money saving three piece set on the newest Disney Cinderella Collection.

the sales associates are so amazing and so kind! this will be the only pandora i would go to because of the service they gave me and made me feel so welcomed! such a great group of people!
