Tom was an absolute amazing help. there was another lady in there as well, I don't remember her name but she assisted my sister and I. They both were a big help and pulled out anything and everything we questioned about and answered any questions we had. Tom informed us of the sale they had going on, so we both took advantage of it.

Michael did a phenomenal job in arranging my new charms on existing bracelets and helping me make additional purchases. The entire experience was the best I ever had in a Pandora store and purchase! Well done 👍🏽

The pieces are beautiful. There is a piece for every occasion and situation. The sales associate was very attentive, patient and helpful in showing different pieces and finding what I wanted. The other person helping her took care wrapping the pieces up for me. They made me feel like I really was buying the pieces for a special occasion, which was for my sister's birthday. I also shopped for me.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager gave me awesome tips that prompted me to make additional purchases. He also cleaned and polished my existing bracelet while another staff person took care of my purchase. I would highly recommend others to visit this location for its excellence in service.

I have been to other Pandora stores but the customer service in this store is amazing. EVERY time I have been in there, they have gone above and beyond trying to help me. This time they were a little busy so we had to wait but they constantly checked in and let me know they would be with me soon. Michael Mindy and Les in this store are amazing!!! So helpful and personable. They really go out of their way for you. I am super happy with my purchases. Michael is the main person that helped me this trip. My first Pandora purchase was at Disney but I will always come back here unless it is a Disney exclusive.

Les made me feel real comfortable ordering my $200.00 purchase. His product knowledge and the info about the promo I loved it.
