Well I got in and easily attained what I was searching for. I was looking for a charm bracelet and found it swiftly. Les (the employee) provided with swift help and easy sale.

Geoffrey(store assoc.) was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring along with assoc. Less who made sure i was being assisted and the manager which I did not get his name. They also assisted Geoffrey with accessorizing with additional charms while being very friendly and having pleasant conversations while being professional! This store is amazing, the staff is always professional and ready to assist. I love the manger Michael he is bomb!!! I will always go out my way to shop at this location (Avenues Mall Jax FL) because the service is just that awesome!!! My sales Rep (Geoffrey J) was amazing LOVED him!!!

Michael, the Manager was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. He gave us many selections to choose from of ideas of charms we wanted. He is definitely an asset to the Pandora corporation!

I can thoroughly say I enjoyed my experience at pandora because from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered an abundance of assistance. I liked a lot of the pieces however I was definitely looking forward to seeing more of a gold charm bracelet selection.

We dealt with a couple different associates, I forgot the name of the first one but he was amazing, helpful and attentive. Super patient and understanding. We came back with better knowledge of what we wanted an hour or so later and were helped by Geoffrey J, he noticed we weren’t being helped as quickly as the people after us and quickly assisted with the purchase.

The salesman was very patient with me as I chose 50 different charms for my friend. He took his time and found me just what I wanted. Thanks a lot.
