I’m pleased with the service level of the manager Michael M. It’s good to see a blend of men and women of various ages in a store. Tom, Geoffrey, and Mary were working as a support team. Positive energy flows in The Avenues store.

Mark and Geoffrey were amazing. We had an issue at another location and they assisted us in getting it taken care of. Their knowledge and customer service is impeccable.

Nick was very nice and patient. He didn't seem bothered nor annoyed that I was a little indecisive or wanted to try on different charms. He took the time to help me narrow down my search and even showed me how the bracelets and stoppers worked. He didn't treat me like someone who might not buy anything or like I might steal something. He treated like family. I ended up leaving out with more than I originally came in there for.
