My favorite pandora necklace had a broken clasp and I called the store to determine what could be done to fix it. Mary connected me to the warranty department; Eddie from the customer affairs dept gave me conflicting information from Pandoras policy and was not willing to look into whether the damage was covered. When I reached out to the avenues location to see if they could assess my necklace, Mary made sure I was taken care of. She reassured me that they would make it right. I was able to get the necklace exchanged. It really makes a difference when a company values their customers enough to follow through on issues like that. Mary provided outstanding customer service.

Past experiences with other stores brought me to the store of the avenues mall. Every since the rudeness of the jacksonville towne centre store, I met Les and Michael, these two have made every time I visit jacksonville, I have to come see them. My husband and I love the open arms they both give and make this our pandora home.

Jaleen was very friendly and new the product well. When I was unsure what I wanted she asked questions to get a better feel what I would like. She showed me great options.
