The Associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable and pleasant during my store experience. She provided me with a catalog to explore the different options, and she even offered to clean/sanitize my bracelet. I was unaware of the color my bracelet was taking on, and she was also able to explain to me the oxidation process. Overall I was very satisfied

Very satisfied with the customer service, clean store, fast help if needed, lovely people working there and extremely very nice conversations with the employees. I recommend everyone to visit Pandora because it's amazing and amazing prices with all their products. My earrings had to be brought back because of the hook and when my husband and I explained it to the employees, they helped us right away and fixed it to wear I can leave with my earrings that day. We absolutely love Pandora and we are going to continue to buy Pandora's products.

They didn’t have the bracelet I wanted but the young lady told me which store had it in stock.

I was greeted by several associates as I entered the store. Very friendly and courteous individuals. They offered to clean my bracelets which I really appreciated. While the young man cleaned my bracelets, I looked around and found a gift for my granddaughter’s birthday. Enjoyed my visit to the store.
