I’ve been hunting down this particular ring for a while now and I describe the ring in two sentences and he knew exactly what I was talking about! Les gave me some tips and was incredibly helpful. I definitely visit this store again instead of the Town Center store.

Nick REALLY took care of my husband and I ! I recently lost my Pandora bracelet and had to come in store to replace the bracelet and all the charms. I was a little sad about it as I love my bracelet… Nick made the transaction effortless! The best customer service I have received in a long time! This store located at the avenues mall in Jacksonville Florida is the best Pandora store I have ever visited! The customer service with all employees here cannot be much… This is my first time at the store and I promise you it will not be my worst! I had to travel an extra 15 minutes and passed a store to get here and I’ll continue to do it every time!!! I am so sad our time here is Jacksonville is almost up (Navy family) I wish I could pack the employees from this store and take them with us to our next duty station ! Thank you guys again SO much for the EXCEPTIONAL customer support and service! Ans thank you Pandora for honoring military member and their families!
