tried at saint johns town center to have my broken necklace traded that was gift from my boyfriend, they telled me they don't have and to go here to get it done. we came in the store and les took the necklace and looked it up from my email receipt and gave me another one in place, he told me was not problem and the other store had it to and didn't have to come here but happy i did
