Because they were able to answer my questions usually I visit the St. Johns Towncenter location but for some odd reason they never answer their phone, The Avenues location answered my call and was able to help over the phone too.

I took a visit to pandora at the Avenues Mall, the associates were very friendly. Specifically Micheal. I love the store set up very neat & clean.

The ladies were both so amazing! They were super helpful with what I needed. One of them cashed me out with my jewelry cleaner. The other one sanitized my ring and made it look so clean and shiny I was in awe!

Very friendly staff, only part I wouldn’t rate 5 stars for is the ring I went in to look for was out of stock, so I will be ordering online. Other than that my experience was perfect.

I went in there while my gf was in MAC next door. I had a slim 4 minutes before she walked out of the store & seen my younger brother and myself in pandora. She walked way past us slightly missing us! The 2 ladies up front got me situated! IM HIGHLY SATISFIED! I’m sure there will be more times like this when I need them to pull a close one! Thank you. I needed that to make my night! Will be back for our 2 year anniversary later on this month.
