I was greeted upon arrival in the store and asked whether or not we were Pandora Credit Card Holders. The sale representative advised us of the current sales and that the red dot representative the charms that were half off. They also advised us if one wasn't available they would look for a similar one. The representative went over and beyond to accommodate and allow us to try on and look at different charms without feeling as if we were bothering them. Excellent customer service was given during this visit and made us want to come back and visit again.
