I was first greeted with help. I was giving great advise and choices. I loved my choice. my sales representative was great with a very smooth transaction in getting me the product to fit my budget and make my girl happy.

I was highly satisfied because i had big intentions of going to the Pandora to purchase some things for myself and i did.

I have purchased items from this store before and was very satisfied with the service I received so there was no question that I would return. The service is always outstanding. I was looking for a particular charm for my 5 year old granddaughter. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to assist me. The manager, Michael, came in while I was there. He was the icing on my cake while I was there! He has a great store and a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff! I will continue to visit this location! If I’m going to spend my money I want to be treated like I’m appreciated. And I was. I dealt with Tom, Jaleel and Michael, a winning combination!

I purchased a bracelet while on vacation in another state back in march of this year, it broke today while I was at work. I contacted the store at river city and not only was the young lady that answered the phone rude I was told they would be able to replace it if it was a manufacture problem. I then called Pandora customer service and after explainging to her what i was told she called that same store and was told the same thing, and when she asked the young lady how would she know it was a manufacturing issue she responded by saying just looking at it. The representative thrn called the store at the avenues mall and they were able to replace my bracelet for me. When I walked into the store I was greeted by all 3 associates and Samantha and Les definitely made sure a had a great experience. They really made my heart smile and to know that ppl really do put their customers first.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. It makes shopping at pandora so much fun. The quality of the products are always amazing.
