The store Manager Michael Mundy was so very kind and helpful when I first come to this Pandora store , everyone made me feel so welcome that I had to come back.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PANDOIRA CREDIT CARD WHERE I HAD NO BALANCE AND WANTED TO PAY FOR MY WIFE'S PRCHASE IN STORE ON MOTHER'S DAY. MICHAEL 196278 WAS THE BOMB!! HE CALLED THE MERCHANT SERVICES TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AND THEN THEY DISCONNECTED ME FROM THE XFER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. MICHAEL CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOOK ME TO THE OFFICE SO I COULD HEAR BETTER AND SPEAK IN PRIVATE. THEY TOOK THE HOLD OFF MY ACCOUNT AND MICHAEL WAS ABLE TO HELP MY WIFE HAVE HER MOTHER'S DAY FEEL SPECIAL! WE TOOK THE SURVEY AND STAYED TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE BECAUSE WE WERE SOOOO HAPPY WITH THE AVENUES.

I always enjoy seeing and working with Michael. He is kind, courteous and polite! When I am undecided Michael makes suggestions and is usually head on. I prefer this store for all my purchases. Michael keep up the outstanding work you do!!
