The Pandora store at the Avenues will ALWAYS be my first choice. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am always greeted by staff as soon as I enter and I feel genuinely valued. Michael, the manager, sets the service bar very high and his staff is quick to follow his example. Being remembered, recognized, feeling welcome always happens here. And I Am thanked for my business. Every. Single. Time. They wrote the book on extraordinary customer service. Why would I go anywhere else??
