The store manger Michael and his team always make my Pandora shopping experience wonderful! From the moment they see your face to the moment you exit, the staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It is always a delight to shop with them and I recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Store manager Michael (absolute best!) and representative Jaleen made shopping experience pleasant. Felt welcomed and they were very knowledgeable about charms, presentation (how to wear) and home care.

Associate was so professional and helpful. She wasn’t rushing my to select an item and she was very honest about my selection. She offered the catalog as an alternative option as well.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly, she answered any questions that had regarding purchasing the Pandora cleaner to buying a charm, I also was given a Pandora book and on the back of it she wrote Happy Birthday To Me, that was very thoughtful of her.

Linda was very nice and helpful. Everybody was pleasant the store was clean. They had a variety of options to chose from. I felt welcomed.

I love you have a big selection of charms, I wish you would carry more numbers. My husband bought me my bracelet for our 20th anniversary, but you didn't have numbers, I was disappointed. Other then that I love your merchandise. Each time Samantha was a big help and a wonderful person.

We were acknowledged, greeted upon entry, an associate advised someone will be with us shortly. The associate that was assigned to us, greeted us, followed by an introduction of herself. Was helpful with showing me other pieces, when I couldn't decide while listening to detail.

Although there were a ton of people on the store, my visit was very fast. I came in with a friend, and we were done with fast and friendly service in less than 15 minutes!

I was highly satisfied because despite my purchase being a a last minute gift for my grandmother, I was still able to find something I liked. However, it was the last bracelet in the store, fortunately my sales associate, Tom, helped me and brought it out for me to purchase.
