Mr. Micheal was patient and kind.

First experience at Pandora and the products exceeded my expectations! Could use another sales associate though as the line was wrapped outside the store and an older gentleman kept opening the door in the back of the store peeking his head out to look at all the people waiting and go back in the door without assisting.

1st time but Tom knew the products. Just told him what I liked and Tom provided so many options. Tom also educated us on cleaning the product.

The sales person was by himself but gave you full on attention when he was helping each guest. He didn’t rush anyone or feel overwhelmed. Very polite and awesome.

Cristina was very knowledgeable with merchandise. She was so sweet and nice. Very friendly and she also greeted the customers standing behind me. She was awesome!
