The welcoming experience I felt going into the store. The associate's patience with me choosing my items and the helpfulness if the manager. There were some charms I wanted, but they weren't available. Ms. Linda and Mr. Michael went above though to help me find something I liked and removed charms from display bracelets if it was something I wanted. The staff was so awesome!
