Michael was amazing!!!! I was having issues with Linda and he noticed I was starting to become slightly frustrated and he came and took over! What would’ve been a not so great experience turned out to be wonderful! His energy and passion was much needed at the time! Regional manager should be his position! He would be great to train the other stores locally or nationally

The sales associate that helped me was very kind and gave me a better understanding of the pandora bracelet how to put it on and etc. I was going to leave and wasn't going to purchase a bracelet due to one of the sales associate rudeness but Les overheard the salesperson and apologized for her behavior and then stayed and purchased my bracelet.

The wait in line to enter the store was quick. Although they were highly busy, we were assisted by the manager until a sales associate was available. My son was making a purchase for his grandmother. They presented him with options so he can choose what he liked the most.
