I went in thinking i was gonna have a problem but it was right when they opened and Sara was soooo welcoming and her black manager, Michael, explained how a charm bracelet works and gave me. History lesson on the beginnings and how it is a way to tell your story. Although i was returning my bracelet they tried to exchange it but I didnt feel pressured but like they wanted me to know whatever decision i made was the right one for me. More people should be like Sara and Michael.

I love the people that are working at this location! Micheal especially BUT all the employees I met yesterday were awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I will say that I drove 45 minutes to have them ship back 3 bracelets I ordered online during your promo buy 2 and 1 free BECAUSE YOU WILL ACCEPT MY RETURN BUT NOT EXCHANGE THE ITEMS FOR THE CORRECT SIZE DUE TO COVID-19! Ok that makes no sense because you’re still taking back items I’ve had in my possession BUT won’t send me the correct size items that are in your possession! Truly upsetting that I paid more for 2 bracelets than I did for the 3! Lesson learned!!! Oh and you should train the customer service reps that answer your phone to have some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE!
