Great customer service from the greeter and, Samantha was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been shopping pandora for over 10 years now and I wont stop, that is a gift i give all the females in my family and not to mention I pretty much have every collection that is out I am about to puchase the link collection.

Michael was wonderful. I like that each staff member take their time with each customer. I didn't feel rushed or obligated to make a fast decision or pressured to buy something I didn't absolutely love.

Samantha was a great employee. I love my bracelet. The buy 2 get 1 really made everything better.

The store manager Michael Murphy sets the tone and of the store. Met him last July after my dog passed and I was looking for a charm to commentate his life. Michael was passionate and caring of my feelings. Everytime I visits the store he always says hello asked how my new pup is doing..... truly great experience! Thank you Michael!
