I’ve never been a jewelry buyer , but I am converted! Michael had a way of making me feel comfortable and not the judgment looks you get when go into most jewelry stores; as if you can’t afford to be there. He was patience and show such passion as he spoke about what could best fit me. That man is gold ! I will definitely be a faithful shopper!

The cleanliness on the store they took time to disinfect after customer was finish.The customer service was friendly and they took the time to help me but my items together. It was amazing how Michael knew the product and how to put the pieces together I didn't not feel rushed. Samantha was great also very patience .

The sales associate, Mary D at the Avenues mall in Jacksonville, FL was outstanding. She was very polite, made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions without hesitation. I will be going back to Pandora soon to buy more jewelry.
