The employees were very helpful and they were very efficient in serving customers in a timely matter due to having a limit of customers allowed in the store at once.

I wanted some gold shiny charms and they didn’t have any. The store manager informed me it would be here in spring. I was happy to see he knew when the product was coming. And I also was able to buy two clips.

even though was close to the mall close time, i was greeted when i walked in and asked how i was doing. the bushy haired girl showed me charms that didn't match to what i was looking for. the man that took care of me before offered some ideals from he was listening to what i was talking. he asked me about the story i wanted told and showed me a few charms that wwould add nice.

As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted and helped. This location had plenty of merchandise so I was able to exchange my rings for the correct size in person, instead of waiting for the new sizes to come in the mail. Michael, the store manager, assisted me and he has amazing customer service!
