We greeted upon arriving in the store with smiling eyes and an inviting calm voice. The repsentative was very helpful in selecting and advising us on other items. We also able to contact another Pandora (St John TownCwnter) who advised us the item wasn't available but reflected it was on their list, however, the repsentative gave us another option which was purchased.

I went in knowing what I wanted. Michael went straight to it and also had multiple varieties of the charms. Michael made my terrible better by him just being so nice. I still can't believe how nice he was. His knowledge of the products in the store. He knew where everything was which made my time there short and sweet.

The items I needed were in plain sight and priced accordingly.

They were very friendly an very concern about my bracelet took very good care of me

The were quick to help me. They helped me get the best deal. They helped me get a new ring because my stone fell out.

Once again, Michael was awesome! He gave us his word that he'd contact us when an item my teenage daughter wanted would arrive in the store, and he IS a man of his word. I live in Orlando and have family near Jacksonville so from now on, we will be doing all of our future Pandora business with Michael at the Avenues! His professionalism, in every area, is impeccable!

I usually shop at SJTC but was told by them that do not do returns and need to go to the Avenues Mall to take care of my return. I not sure why I cant return to where i bought for my wife but did as i was told to make her happy. Not happy that i had to go all the way to the Avenues after leaving towncenter, i walked in knwoing that i was going to have another issue and ready to trash it all. I was greeted at the entrance and explained my problem and was take care of quick. She said i should not have been told that as my gift was covered and changed the size for me wife to fitted right. They all were so very nice that I will come back next time to get again
