My order was correct when I came in to the store for pick up. I had no issues at all. The employee was very nice and helpful to the questions I had. She showed me my order to make sure it was in fact what I ordered online. I highly recommend the avenue mall Pandora store. The store was very neat and clean.

The salesman Michael Mundy took his time to explain each piece in detail .. from the clamps to Charms from rings and earrings to the necklacesI was overwhelmed with personal attention I thought like I was the only person in the store. I’ll highly recommend this location as well as Michael to all my family and friends... I thank you pandora for allowing this sales person to represent your location to the highest of excellence

When I was asked if I needed assistance, I asked for a specific charm and they finally had the charm I have been looking for. Jaleen even explained to me how to clean the bracelet and charms my wife already had and convinced us to buy the cleaning kit. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I not only bought the charm I have been looking for, but I also purchased another beautiful bracelet for my wife.
