Very helpful. This was my first time in a Pandora store.

Exceptional customer service

I went to the Avenues Mall location and I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store, and my concern was addressed immediately. The salespersons were very nice, but unfortunately I don’t have their names.

They were very nice and kind. Service was great.

One of the guy in the shop is so friendly. He tried to help as much as he could and recommended to what possibility. I love him and his customer service was stunning, because of that i definitely be back. Despite the one at St. John Towncenter, they were not willing to help to the customer at all and keep mention they are not corporate with online order. Isn't it a pandora shop? quite disappointed, but the guy at Avenue mall pick it back up.

The store was very clean and presentable. The staff were all smiles and willing to help. The selection was great as well.

The Associates all worked together in helping me. They notice my outfit abs got on to my taste. I wore a leopard print mask. The association was so in tune and key on my style . She picked out a charm to match my print on my mask!

Every time I shop in the store I'm always satisfied with the customer service with the associates. The quality of the jewelry is beautiful and laid out to were it can be seen. I will always returned
