With only 2 days until Christmas I needed a few last minute gifts. Elizabeth W. quickly greeted me and was extremely eager to help me find the perfect gift. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without making me feel as though I HAD to purchase the product.

I am highly satisfied because I was served as soon as I walked into the store. They said hello before I was even at the counter and they made sure I understood exactly what I was buying and the different charms that I could get for the bracelet. Overall great customer service.

The associate who assisted me was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable . One situation I was not happy with was that they ran out of free bracelets for 150.00 or more purchase in the store by early afternoon. I spent double that. And was unable to get it which I was going to give as a gift . No substitutions. I spent 334.00 dollars
