The workers there were very friendly and helpful, they knew where everything was and helped me with my items and what I was looking for.

Emily was very friendly and personable. She knew what I wanted and got the charms for me. She then suggested other items but didn't push them on me. I wasn't pressured to buy but loved what she showed me and ended up purchasing anyway.

It’s been awhile since I visited or purchased Pandora. I was recently in Disney World and wanted a Mickey charm but the line in Disney Springs was very long so decided to wait until I got home. I purchased a silver bangle, which stacks stylishly with other everyday pieces I wear, and a Mickey charm. I’m already planning to go back for some clips and a glass charm. Nicole E. (No. 222036) was very polite and knowledgeable, she was great!

The sales associate was very informative and knew exactly what I needed for my bracelet. I had ordered the wrong piece online and she knew what would work with my bracelet to keep the charms from sliding. The silicon piece in the spacer was perfect.
