She took the time to allow me to look at different charms, made suggestions and helped arrange them differently on the bracelet to see which ones I liked better on the bracelet. She was very knowledgeable, patient and very welcoming! Thank you Melissa for making my experience so wonderful and NOT making me feel rushed when the store was very busy due to it being Valentine’s weekend.
