Before going to the store, I called to check if the store had the items I was looking for. The sales associate (Emma) was pleasant, helpful, and put the items on hold for me. When I arrived Emma helped me with all my inquiries and was very nice. During this difficult time (Covid), I feel so many people are unhappy and feel bothered when asked for help. Not EMMA! She made me feel special and was fully attentive to all my needs.

I always wanted a pandora bracelet but was always worried they were too expensive but in store i was met with the fact that they were not and easily made a purchase.

Emma m was very helpful an pleasant to the point I came back two days later and bought something else from her she was very seeet

Sales person came over to see if you needed help when we told her we were just looking they were very accommodating by not pressuring us but then when we were ready they were very accommodating

I walked in knowing what I wanted and was greeted very nicely by all associates. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the store had it! Quick and easy trip, with no issues! Even got an application due to the atmosphere of the girls and my knowledge of the merchandise! I love this store and the people in it, they’re always so sweet! I will definitely be back
