She was very knowledgeable about every product I asked about and she made an effort to get to know me, my budget and what I wanted which is a very nice and refreshing customer experience. When I walked in the store she was already busy cleaning and putting charms away but she made me feel welcome and instantly turned her attention to me and was more than happy to help. I cannot say enough good things about her. I've never had a better customer experience at any Pandora. Her people skills along with her product knowledge is absolutely unmatched at this store.
