Staff was so nice and even cleaned my Pandora charms while I was there. Specifically Makayla P was the one who helped me and was wonderful. She was so polite and very helpful. Thank you so much for all your help and courtesy.

I loved everything from the charms, pendants,rings... but what I mostly loved its the service. Emma was really patient show in everything without getting frustrated or anything. We only came for a charm and ended up with necklaces, charms and rings and free stuff ☺️

The stuff was attentive and friendly. Emily was helpful choosing the items to show me or best match what i was looking for. The only think i wasn’t too satisfied with, although i was okay with what she showed me, is that she couldn’t pull out the tray to see all of the options. I suggest maybe show the catalog and ask the customer which ones they want to see.

Our salesperson Kayla T went above and beyond for myself and my father who was a first-time shopper in a Pandora store. She sized my wrist and pulled out the most beautiful charms. She was kind respectful and all-around amazing.
