I had an idea of what I was looking for when I went into the store. I was greeted within seconds of walking into the store by Amber M. (No.195340). I asked to see the friends charms, she immediately pulled everything she thought was appropriate, and she offered some suggestions. Amber was very helpful and courteous. She also nicely gift wrapped my charm.

Meghan was super helpful and I felt like she was truly looking out for me. I went in because I wanted to get myself a ring for my birthday and she helped me find the perfect one! She as well as the rest of the staff made my experience amazing and I will definitely be returning!

We are from the west coast and we hadn’t been out in a long time to the mall so we decided to go to the mall. We had to pick up a couple of things and so we were surprised that there was a Pandora store in the mall now. We went in and asked if they had a certain piece and they did. So we bought the piece. The ladies were so nice and helpful, so we went back and bought another piece. On the West coast we bought a lot of Pandora and we were looking for a store near by. My wife is is a wheelchair and it is hard to get her in and out of stores but what a nice store. Thank you
