I have never been to a Pandora Store before but after my daughter received a bracelet and 2 charms for her birthday from a relative I wanted to get ideas for Christmas. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Never rushed me or pressured me. They were knowledgeable and suggested I take a book, have my daughter circle what she likes. I did and returned the next day. So impressed and this made it so easy. I was so happy at the ease this made this shopping experience. Social distancing rules followed, and I commend this. Overall I wish more stores were like this one and the staff.
