The service was great I went in described the bracelet I wanted she knew exactly which one and handed it to me great service definitely will be going back soon!!!! Loved the store it was absolutely beautiful store....

The sales lady that waited on me (amber) was very welcoming and helpful answered all questions that I had and was more then willing to show any and all products that I was interested in including those in the magazine and ones she thought I would like to see

Krystle M. helped me during my visit. She was so friendly upon my arrival to the store. She gave me space to look at the different merchandise, but was also very helpful in asking if I needed any assistance. They went above and beyond making sure everything was clean, even spraying my bag with a sanitizing spray before handing it to me. She even informed me that my warranty was still active which I didn't know about which saved me money! She informed me that if I brought in my broken bracelet she could replace it for me which was great news! The money I was going to use to buy another bracelet, I was able to use to buy another charm! I wasn't sure what charm I wanted, but she asked me what charms I had already and what my interests are. She showed me the 2020 Halloween charms which I ended up getting the ghost! It was so cute. We came back two days later and she replaced my bracelet for me and cleaned ALL OF MY CHARMS!!!! The customer service was above and beyond. I was so impressed with the Krystle.
