They had the earrings I was looking for. They did not have all of them I wanted but I will be back because I'm sure they will get them in again.

Because I was able to change my bracket size with no issues what so ever and i like that very much !

The associate, Amber, was very knowledgeable about the selection of rings. She allowed me to try on multiple items as well as let me browse through as many pieces of jewelry as I pleased. Very happy with my experience overall.

Great associate help

I went to buy a gift for my mom's friend and it was pretty easy to find the bracelet but what I disliked is that they didn't have a lot of charms that go for small bracelets. I was also looking for ring for myswlf but they did not have a lot of rings in my size (4.5) which was very disappointing so I ended up only buying the bracelet.

The staff was very friendly. They willingly exchanged my item without any issues. I'm happy with the quality of the item I purchased.

The sales associate was very friendly and nice. Since the store is new, I think everyone is still learning about the available merchandise. I wish the store was bigger so perhaps you can open up a bigger store in the mall.

Krystle the store manger was very polite and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She fulfilled my Christmas wishes for this season.
