I was not highly satisfied because I was not told before I made the purchase that they did not have any more jewelry boxes available for the promotion. I have 7 granddaughters and I intend to make a starter bracelet for each one and I was unable to attain the item to complete the birthday present. It always seems that you never have enough promotional items . Next time I will inquire if the promo is available and if not I will not be making the purchase.

Somewhat of a wait

Lots of selection to choose from. Gave me ideas of what would go well with what I already had. Very pleasant to work with.

Service was personable, sales associate was patient while I was picky trying to find what I wanted, in a size that fit. Only reason I was highly satisfied is because I found out today that there is a buy two get one sale. This was never mentioned in store, even when talking about buying 2 of the qualifying jewelry options. I bought a bracelet and was looking at a ring to match it but wasn’t set on the price, would’ve been nice to know about the deal going on, definitely would’ve bought the ring too if I’d known.

I was not able to use my Military Discount, it seems like every time I come in and there is a sale, I cannot use my discount, this is very disappointing since I frequent Pandora’s a lot, I got the buy 2 get 1 free deal

Employee’s need to be more nice with customers and happy to sell something not like this face take or leave ( in there minds? )
