The young lady who waited on me was super nice. Her ipad kept not working for her and she was very apologetic. The problem that occured was that if you spend $150, you got a free bracelet. They only had the very small and super large free bracelet options. When neither were a good fit, I asked another clerk what could be done and she said nothing.I don't think it's fair that I got stuck getting a bracelet that was too small or too big and she could not present a solution to the problem. She never thought of a way to solve it, she just said no.

Need suggestions for selecting bracelet didn’t get enough therefore

I purchase in store in order to receive the survey and receive 10.00 off my next purchase. I had two codes and was informed that I could only use on due to my purchase not being over 200.00. I feel if I have made the purchases, I should be able to use as many codes as I have. I could not use one on my previous purchase because I was on vacation in Las Vegas and did not bring anything with me.

Just overall lack of selection in this location. I’m not sure if this is standard across the board but I only had 3 gold earrings to choose from and there were no silver options for the shape I was looking for. Shayne was so wonderful at the counter though!

Was satisfied with visit. Dissapointed in the fact that I could not buy two bracelets and get one free. Said the promo did not apply to bracelets. Made no sense

I feel like there could be more of a selection. I think there are other places that have more of a selection with cheaper prices. Other than that the quality is great and cute designs.

I received a new Pandora catalog in May and I brought the pages in with the charms I wanted and was unaware that the price of two of the charms had gone up in price and was not informed at the time of the purchase and I would not have had to purchase a fourth charm in order to get the free bracelet. Other than that Amber was great.
