I wanted the Harry Potter charms to be on sale and those and the star wars charms were the only ones not on sale. I don't understand why they are always excluded.

Sales person a little pushy would have bought more if could have just looked

Everything went well but some items were not available.

Customers should be greeted and associates should engage with the customer. Ask questions about what brings you in today, do you have Pandora, who are you shopping for, have you see our new collections. It could be newer associates and training needs to be done. I've been in sale management 25 years engage with your customers to make their shopping experience eventful.

I originally went to purchase the new matte purple murano glass charm & was quite disappointed in that, to me, it's not purple at all. It's definitely black.

I was disappointed that 2 charms I wanted were not available. So I had to choose something else.

Kelsey was great, very friendly and offered to clean my bracelet. The manager not so friendly.
