It was a fairly long wait - two of three associates were busy. So I didn't have any idea why the other person did not help me/

Store to pack.

The price was more than I expected. The sales woman was incredibly sweet, but I didn’t realized the clips came as pairs. I wasn’t told price until the end of visit.

Meghan was friendly and very nice. The store was clean and had appealing music on. Sam another associate greeted us when we entered the store.

Could have been more of a selection in jewelry.

While trying on bracelets, they were marked wrong,sizing was not accurate When finished trying on the bracelets the associate just threw them in a plastic Box to be cleaned, should have never done that could damage the jewelry with scratches. I own a lot of Pandora Jewelry ,bracelets ,necklaces, charms ,rings. they are expensive and the way they treat them in the store , i would not like to purchase it scratched
