There was an incident with the technology, none of the ipads would work and they continually glitched, prolonging my visit significantly.

I went to the store to purchase a bracelet and get the free charm but the store was out of the charms and the associate failed to let me know before I made the purchase. Possibly I could have ordered online and received the free charm.

The 1st sales girl walk away from me 2nd one was great took time to make me see how nice the items were show me clerancr stuff and knew her merchandise

I was not sure if I was able to go around to all the windows and look at the things in cases. The tape on the floor was a little confusing.

we went to get some spacers for a bracelet and after speaking with Samantha, ended up getting a few additional clips. Her knowledge of your products and assistance with our request was great.

Some of the charms I was interested in purchasing were out of stock at a “new store” I was surprised by this.

I made a purchase of $145 and according to the special that was running I should have gotten a free gift with my purchase. I did not receive anything

Not enough help , and would not honor the survey discount from previous purchase when it would not go through. Lack of effort.
