Wanted more selection on rings and sizes in store bc the sizes and colors are sometimes misleading online, I’m a 4 in ring and the only one I was interested in only had 4 1/2. Bought it anyway bc I liked it but too big for the finger I wanted to fit.

The lady who was helping us had a bit of an attitude towards me when I asked about size of an item.

The workers were really trying to get me to spend 175 for the deal with 3 charms and a bracelet but i told them i did not want to do that. Were being pushy about it.

Associate who checked me out was fabulous. The manager was rude and arrogant.

You did not have any of the products I wanted.

I wanted to introduce my Aunt to the beauty of Pandora Jewelry. The atmosphere was not welcoming or polite. The sales associate that worked with us seemed unpleasant and uninterested in meeting or needs.

There were 3 Associates in the store. One girl was helping other customers while the other 2 stood around. The girl helping the other customers was the one who ended up helping me. The other 2 associates were busy watching a video on the male associates phone.

She cut my 150 dollar bracelet when I came in for a size exchange and charged me for the new one. I’m very upset because I didn’t plan on spending this money I want a reimbursement. She didn’t give me a cleaning after I asked and took forever to put the charms on while telling me some of my charms are fake when I bought them for another pandora.
