The manager on the day of my purchase needs an attitude adjustment and sensitivity training. She needs learn how to address the customer she was very very rude. I’ll never shop at that store again. Highly disappointed with her poor customer service today.

I waited in line for 35 minutes it was my 1st at pandora. I walked in and asked for the bracelet on the display we don't have it major attitude so im looking my husband comes in and goes whats wrong you better pick something we waited this long I explained he said do they have it outside in there stand .... the girl goes um well I mean let me ask very rude spent 350$ to have to go back because that bracelet was missing stones and broken! the lady who helped me that 2nd time was so nice I bought 2 more charms ontop of the 3 i had just bought the staff was very messy ! and very unorganized

My friend and I went into the Pandora store looking to purchase promise rings. We were welcomed in and sized for the rings. The sales associate then placed an assortment of rings of our size in front of us. We picked the ring we were looking to purchase and the sales associate walked away. Under her breath I heard her say to another worker “watch they don’t take anything” as if we were planning to commit theft. This was very disappointing and we did not like being accused of something that we would never even think to do. The associates name is “Makayla P” as read on the receipt. This was at the Viewmont mall in PA

I was not satisfied because I had coupoun code that SLsprsn didnt let me use because she wasnt aware how to use. She didnt even know how to use id.me. I am not happy at all. I would have used 10% coupun code that i had but she didnt know nothing about how to add coupouns.
