Friendly staff, support in choosing mattress was amazing.

Frances was very helpful but not pushy and it felt covid safe.

The store manager Frances was extremely helpful and knowledgeble. She listened to our request and answered all our questions.very impressed with the service and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed on the 6th August.Thank you or all your help Frances.

High quality, knowledgeable customer service

Michelle at the Huddersfield store was very friendly and knew her products. She answered all my questions promptly in a transparent and clear manner. This was when I went to browse the products. When I went to place an order on Tuesday, only Michelle was in the store and when I wanted to place an order she was serving another customer, hence it took time to be served. There should be atleast two staff on duty at all times

After being hounded at Bensons by an assistant who was very pushy and would not let us browse in peace and who turned rude when we didn't order it was refreshing to go into Dreams and after receiving our pillow from Michelle we were left to browse in our own time and pace without being harased, but she was always on hand to either answer questions or obtain the information requested. Michelle was very friendly and helpfull and made us feel at ease and i would definately recommend Dreams.

The lady 'Michelle' that served us in Huddersfield was amazing, knew just what she was talking about. She was happy to help in anyway, understood our needs and left us alone long enough to give us our own space and time to talk thing over without feeling any pressure, but came back to us for support if needed. Wasn't a pushy sales person at all, even though it was 7:55pm when we left and she was closing at 8pm. We haven't actually received our mattress yet so time will tell with the product, but service in the store over all was 10/10 well done Michelle thanks again :)

Chris was so helpful. He gave me so much advice on products, even including products like Simba that I'd asked him about. Even though this is not a product you stock I felt he gave his honest, professional opinion and he was definitely helpful. He also checked in on us every so often to make sure I didn't need any help and answered all questions that I had. He was very helpful and very friendly. Fran was also great, she put through our order and explained all the options for paying and products for mattress protection but she wasn't forceful. I felt like I made all my decisions myself and wasn't pushed to them which was nice. Fran also remained professional and very friendly. We were also offered water throughout the store which was a nice touch as it can get very warm wearing a mask and it was nice that this was recognised!! A great personal touch to the experience as other brands do not offer this, big praise to dreams for this.
