The assistant was very knowledgable, she saw us at the time we had booked, so no waiting around, she told us of the procedure, as we went on the sleep machine, she told us why. Over all very pleased

I had already shortlisted the mattresses I was interested in from using the dreams website. At the start of our visit the assistant who dealt with the sale explained where the products were and directed us there. We were given pillows with coverings to test the beds. We were given enough time for testing and were attended to very well after deciding to make the purchase in store. The assistant was very friendly and professional and explained the delivery process and options available for dates. A very positive and impressive experience all together. Thank you.

A very professional and welcoming store assistant made and the experience effortless. We were tested with the Sleep match machine and the results to away any guess work. We were given a very wide range of products to test and set our minds at ease with which bed suited us best. I would recommend Dreams to all my friend or relatives. Just wish my mattresses was in your sale........
