It was my first time shopping at dreams and I was extremely impressed with the quality of product and the friendly atmosphere and staff was amazing I will definitely go back to shop at dreams

We weren't pressured into buying by the staff when we needed help Debbie was there in a flash.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful .

Michelle greeted us on entry explaining the covid rules to follow. She asked what we was looking for and showed us the mattresses. She came and suggested other makes to try. She offered us a drink and was very helpful and knowledgeable liked we wasn’t pestered to buy. We went away to discuss but went back the next day and ordered it Michelle offered us try the bed again which we did.

The staff were so helpful and trying different mattresses and pillows was not a problem even when we couldn't decide which one we liked the most also very helpful in us choosing our new headboard

Peter was very helpful we explained what we wanted and he put us on the electronic mattress chooser and then showed us all our options and told us about each option, was very friendly helpful

We had just the right amount of attentiveness form our assistant and all queries answered satisfactorily.

I was met with a warm welcome from Peter and he spent time finding out what I was looking for.

I had had a previous quote for another bed in another bed store but just wanted some other options. I had undivided attention from the sales assistance Debbie who approached me as I entered the store asking if I wanted help. Never at any point was she pushy but was just helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
