The two ladies were extremely helpful in helping me choose a brand new mattress. Engaging and friendly. We enjoyed good conversation and a laugh.

Made welcome the minute we walked in the store the Gentleman that served us was called Christopher he was very knowledgeable and helpful made our whole experience enjoyable with out being pushy answered all our questions satisfactory and we felt with honesty

Sales rep was superb and created an immediate link with my partner which then made the rest of the visit a smoother transaction. He (and all the staff) were exceptionally friendly social distant respectful and a credit to your overall team

Staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful without being pushy. Chris (the manager?) Clearly has a good supportive relationship with Ashly who was new. Ashley was friendly and new her stuff, but was comfortable to refer to Chris when needed. All in all a pleasure.

Although Ashley (Ashleigh?) is a new adviser, she came across as very knowledgeable about her products. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I think you have a future star!!

We were assisted by Chris who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in our quest to find a suitable mattress. He had some really witty humour without being rude or offensive. We just hit it off straight away and although we did not purchase at the first visit we returned and asked to see him to complete our purchase.
